Karnataka Rajyotsava – 2020 Karnataka Rajyotsava Day, also known as Karnataka Formation Day or Karnataka Day, is celebrated on 1st November of every year. As a part of the movement, the New Horizon College Marathalli had celebrated Kannada Rajyotsava on 30th November-2020. in the presence of all the staff members. Dr. Manjunatha Principal of New Horizon College of Engineering, Dr.Bodhisatvan Principal of New Horizon College Marathahalli and Mr. H N Surya Prakash Registrar of NHCE had delivered speech about Kannada Rajyotsava Students and NSS volunteers witnessed the program through face book on New Horizon College page on Live Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated by hoisting the Karnataka State flag (red and yellow) and chanted the Kannada anthem (Jaya Bharatha Jananiya Tanujate). The celebration also include carrying of multicoloured tableaux along with performances of the folk artists and classical Carnatic music.
