About the Session/event:
In today’s corporate world, an organization requires skilled employees. By keeping this in mind an event was organized where students learnt and expanded their knowledge on the importance of managerial skills being learnt practically.
The objective of the event was to bring out various aspects of whether managerial skills are better learnt practically or through classroom education.
The topic for discussion was Managerial skills learnt in the classroom can never match those learnt from experience.
In the event, students actively participated and there was a healthy discussion.
The event was concluded by stating that managerial skills require classroom knowledge acts as a foundation and at the same time require experience to learn, understand and apply the knowledge gathered.
