Points discussed during the meeting
- The meeting was conducted on 5th December 2023 by the faculty coordinator and the committee members to organize a trip to a nearby music museum and conservatory to increase their knowledge on music .
- In the meeting the date and the transportation were discussed
- Under the supervision of Faculty Coordinator Mrs. Poornima Prasad, Committee Head and members the date was fixed as 8th of December with a seating capacity of 50 students.
- The meeting concluded with the delegation of work to each member to organize a safe and successful trip .
