INTRODUCTION:
New Horizon College hosted an exciting event titled “Dhwani: The NHSAC Talent Hunt” on its campus from September 18th to 21st. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to audition for various cultural clubs. It successfully introduced a range of clubs, encouraged participation, and facilitated a sense of community among students.
The atmosphere was electric as many students gathered, eager to display their talents and explore the diverse opportunities. The event started with an electrifying flash mob and a ‘DHWANI’ formation. Auditions were conducted in different venues around the campus for four consecutive days, featuring various performances, including music, dance, drama, and games. Students showcased their talents in front of a panel of judges, our proud alumni and other senior club representatives. The diverse array of performances reflected the rich cultural tapestry of New Horizon College, highlighting the talents of students from different backgrounds.
The event concluded with a closing ceremony, during which the winners of the auditions were announced and selected for their respective clubs.
Dhwani: The NHSAC Talent Hunt achieved its goals of promoting cultural clubs and engaging students with their artistic talents. The event demonstrated the success of Dhwani as not just an audition platform but also a celebration of talent, creativity, and community spirit among the students of New Horizon College.
