Blood Donation Camp – 2018

New Horizon College, Marathahalli, organized a blood donation camp in the quadrangle, on 18th August. It was conducted under NSS in association with the Leo club. The student volunteers began the drive by donating blood followed by large number of students. After scrutiny, about 140 students were found fit to donate and 100 units of blood was collected. Certificates and refreshments were provided to the donors. The camp was a success and gave the students a sense of responsibility towards society. For many students this was a new experience and they vowed to donate in the future as well.
