A guest lecture on Selenium, Software testing automation tool for BCA 6th semester students was held on Monday,19th March 2018 between 1:00PM and 3:00PM by Anbunathan R, who is an AMIE Electronics and Communication and MS in Embedded Design and received Masters from Manipal University and he is pursuing his Ph.D in Computer Science from Bharathiar University. Currently he is working with an MNC as Senior Project Manager.
Major concepts discussed were, software testing, principles of software testing, types of software testing, techniques of software testing, need of software testing, advantages and disadvantages of software testing, introduction to Selenium automation tool, need of Selenium automation tool, working of Selenium automation tool with a program example.
