Description :
The event ‘ TechNova ‘ was conducted on 28th June 2022 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. The event comprised of 4 rounds of selection and filtering to figure out who amongst the 29 initial teams will be the winner.
Round 1 :
The first round was ‘Drench ‘ it was all about using the buttons to change colors. To make the drench board into a single color to win the game. All participant teams were told to use their phone to play game. The winners were filtered on how fast they completed the game within 30 moves. There was 29 team comprising 3 participants in a team. In this round 15 fastest team were filtered for the next round
Round 2 :
The second round was ‘ Tech Charades ‘ which further consist of 3 rounds. This round was all about dumb charades but with technical terms the person who is enacting were not supposed to open there mouth or lip sync Or do any kind of malpractice Activities.
1. The first round was all about pick and act. In this round one person in a team were told to pick a chit with a word given in it to enact and the other two members of that team were supposed to find out the word seeing their action. This game had a time limit of 60seconds to find out the given word. In this round 15 teams took part and 8 teams were filtered for the next round. Judgment was based on who guessed the word in fewer seconds.
2. The second round was also pick and act but two members in a team were given a single word which was split into two. The one person in that team was supposed find out the both word and spell it as a single word. The time limit for this round was 120 seconds. In this round 8 teams took part and 4 teams were filtered for the next round. Judgment was based on who guessed the word in fewer seconds.
3. The third and final round was also same but was like a mirror form. In this round only one person will be given the word the person who was given the word was enacting behind the person who was guessing and the 3rd person should enact like the 1st person who was given the word. The time limit for this round was 120seconds. In this round 4teams took part and 2teams won the 1st and 2nd place. Judgment was based on who guessed the word in fewer seconds.
