About the event:
Commerce Club, in association with IQAC, conducted an event for B.COM, BBA, and BCA students based on spontaneity, general knowledge, and teamwork.
OBJECTIVE:
- To develop spontaneity among students.
- To help the students with logical thinking.
- To help students learn logical reasoning.
- To help the students develop opportunity-grabbing skills.
- To help the students build self-confidence.
In association with IQAC, the Commerce Club conducted an event called “MIND MELD” on 20.11.2024. The competition took place in Chanakya Seminar Hall, and around thirty students participated.
The competition was held in two levels. In the first round, each student was called to the stage and displayed a question on the screen. The questions were logical reasoning questions. The second round was conducted by calling two participants at a time. The questions were displayed for two participants, and those who answered correctly were declared qualifiers. In the second round, the students were given questions about accounts and their terminology. It was an informative and interactive event.
The competition winners were Shubojith Mahato, Sushil Reddy and Chnadhana P S.
OUTCOME:
The students were able to develop logical reasoning. They also learned various accounting terms.
