Points discussed during the meeting
- The meeting was conducted on 21th August 2023 by the faculty coordinator and the committee members to discuss about the events to be conducted on 02nd September 2023
- In the meeting the events to be held on the occasion of Alumni Meet were discussed.
- Under the supervision of Faculty Coordinator Mrs. Suchitra Deviprasad, Committee Head and members decided to conduct two Performances.
- In the meeting the performers for the events were confirmed . The sequence and timings of the programme was decided, invitations for the target audience was discussed
- The meeting concluded with the delegation of work to each member to make the event a successful one.
