College Silver Jubilee Celebration Report

The grand celebration of the 25th Jubilee of our college on the Open Stage, held on January 5th, 2024, was a spectacular event that left an indelible mark on the hearts of both teachers and students. Orchestrated by the dedicated team of coordinators, Ms. Kamppa Belliappa, Ms. Nischitha, Dhanyashri Marianna, and Sanjana S the event was a testimony to the vibrant spirit of our academic community. The spotlight of the evening belonged to the dance performances curated by the talented members of the “AVINYA” Dance Club.

Flashmob Extravaganza:

The first dance presentation was a mesmerizing flashmob executed flawlessly by enthusiastic 1st and 2nd-year students. Set to the beats of Bollywood and Tollywood songs, the performance was a harmonious blend of rhythm, energy, and coordinated movements. The credit for the seamless choreography goes to the skilled quartet of Isha, George, Sanjana S and Lalith, who brought their creativity to life on the open stage. The flashmob not only showcased the diversity of our student body but also served as a delightful surprise for the audience. The dynamic fusion of popular songs from two different film industries resonated with the youthful exuberance of the participants.

Energetic South-themed Performance:

The second dance performance transported the audience to the rich cultural tapestry of the South. Dressed in elegant white Kannur sarees, the girls exuded grace and tradition, while the boys added a touch of authenticity with their vibrant lungis. The dance, characterized by its lively and energetic movements, became a symbolic representation of the southern heritage. This performance was more than just a dance; it was a celebration of the essence of South India. The fusion of Bollywood and Tollywood songs provided a contemporary twist to the traditional dance form, creating a visual spectacle that captivated the audience. The carefully curated blend of dance and fashion showcased the artistic prowess of our students. The meticulous planning and execution reflected the dedication and passion of the student coordinators, Dhanyashri Marianna and Sanjana S.
