Transforming Pathway - Strategies for Managing GenZ
The Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Transforming Pathway – Strategies for Managing Gen Z”, held from 18th to 22nd February 2025 in hybrid mode, aimed to equip faculty, research scholars, and PG students with effective strategies to engage Gen Z learners. Organized by Ms. Pallavi N., Ms. Sunitha S., Ms. Kokila M.S., and Ms. Apoorva A., the five-day program covered key areas such as resilience, self-awareness, digital wellness, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence. Expert-led sessions provided practical insights to help educators adapt to modern teaching needs. The FDP concluded with a valedictory session, highlighting its success in fostering innovative and student-centric teaching practices.
