Brief description of the event:
ON 26-10-24, Utkarsh, The Outreach Club of NHCM, visited APD in Kothanur. A workshop on Sign Language was conducted for the volunteers. An interactive session between the volunteers and the students in APD involved fun events like dance and music. There was another session for games where our volunteers bonded with the students and made it very interactive. Mr. Parmeet from the Inclusion movement conducted the Sign Language and shared his knowledge of sign language from the basics. The volunteers had learned to communicate without words as suggested by the event’s name. Overall, the young volunteers made this event successful with energy from Utkarsh.
