About the event:
Commerce Club in association with IQAC conducted an event based on spontaneity, general knowledge and team work for B.COM, BBA, BCA and M.com students.
OBJECTIVE:
- To help the students learn about financial wisdom.
- To help the students to develop competitive spirit.
- To help the students have an experience of biding in an entertaining way.
- To help the students develop opportunity grabbing skills .
- To help the students with confidence and potential to support individual learning.
The Commerce Club in association with IQAC conducted an event “SHADOW BAZAR” on 29.04.2024. The competition took place in Chanakya Seminar Hall around twenty thirty teams participated. The competition was held in an entertaining manner . The participants were given sum total of ten thousand rupees of paper currency. They were later shown twenty one mystery bags and were expected to guess the item and bid accordingly. The judging criteria was based on profit maximization and wise financial decisions . It was a great experience and the participants were enthusiastic and participative .
The winners of the competition were Varshini G and Shadrac Rimson, Amogh Devraj Patil and Prajwal S M, Sneha S and Ruchitha
OUTCOME:
The students were able to develop competitive spirit and also build their stand in financial sensibility .
