REDC Logo Making Competition 2026: Students Design Creative Logos Celebrating Rural Entrepreneurship
The Rural Entrepreneur Development Cell (REDC), an IQAC initiative of New Horizon College, Marathahalli, held its Logo Making Competition on 15th October 2026 at the Amar Hemu Kalani Block Quadrangle. Fifty students from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd semesters of BBA, B.Com and BCA took part, creating original logos that represented REDC and rural entrepreneurship.
The event opened with a welcome address, followed by the design activity. Ms. Pallavi N and Ms. Soumya P judged the entries. Harshitha J. and Manish Gowda (III B.Com A) won first place, S. Likitha and Sampath Kumar (III BCA A) came second, and B. Abhinandan and Avinash V. (I BCA C) came third. The programme ended with a vote of thanks.
The competition gave students a chance to show their creativity and design skills, helped them practise communicating ideas visually, and raised awareness of REDC’s role in promoting rural entrepreneurship and innovation.
