    🎯 Objective of the Activity
The main objective of Operations Paradox was to enhance students’ strategic decision-making, negotiation, and crisis management skills. The event aimed to encourage participants to think critically under pressure, develop innovative business strategies, and improve their communication and presentation abilities in a competitive setting.
📋 Brief Description of the Event
The Management Club organized an innovative and intellectually engaging event titled “Operations Paradox” on 16th October 2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across multiple departments, focusing on real-time business problem-solving and teamwork.
Round One: Strategic Scenarios
Participants received unique role cards containing challenging business situations. Each participant had to design and present a feasible strategy to tackle their assigned scenario effectively.
Round Two: The Last Survival Funding
In this round, participants faced a simulated economic collapse and had to present their case before the “Global Council,” justifying why their company deserved the last survival funding. Evaluation criteria included creativity, feasibility, presentation skills, and persuasive power.
The event was conducted seamlessly under the guidance of faculty coordinators and club members, maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and team spirit throughout.

- Participants gained hands-on experience in real-time decision-making.

📝 Conclusion
Operations Paradox proved to be a highly successful and thought-provoking event. Both participants and attendees appreciated the unique structure and real-world relevance of the challenges.
