About the session / Event
A one-day FDP on” Generative AI” was planned and organized at New Horizon College with IIC. The Resource persons of the session were –
- Divya Krishnamurthy, Enterprise Architect- AI & Data Science, Founder Career Coach, Microsoft India.
- Saumya Mishra – Data & AI Business Specialist, Career Coach, Microsoft India
The objective of the FDP: –
- How GEN AI is transforming teaching methodologies.
- Enhancing learning experiences with AI-driven tools.
- Practical use cases for research, content creation and automation.
- Best practices for including GEN AI tools in classroom settings.
- Effective use of AI tools like Chat GPT, Co-pilot and others.
Ms. Saumya Mishra started the session by focusing on how to give proper prompts while using AI. There are many ways in which the AI understands, and the user needs to provide well-defined prompts to get the right solution. The user can also solve problems in practical subjects, which need to be verified by the academician before being shared with students. A few examples were also shared on the procedure.
Ms. Divya Krishnamurthy started the next session, which discussed using images and videos in teaching and learning pedagogy. Voice modulation, change of language, and determining the theme in which the deliverables can be met are possibilities.
Outcome of the session: It was interactive, and the faculty members participated and enjoyed the overall session.
