Mental Health and Personal Mental Awareness

Online workshop was conducted for all I year students. Various topics of mental health and personal mental awareness amongst the students were discussed. The speaker further conversed about the major impact of COVID-19 pandemic on mental health including health and other frontline workers, students, people living alone and those with pre-existing mental health conditions who have been particularly affected. The event ended by making the listeners understand the importance of awareness of mental health.
