The students from VI BCom Professional devoted few hours to a Government School at B Halli Sarjapur, Bangalore on 31 st January, 2020 as part of Outreach Activity. The program aimed to instill the importance of cultivating an awareness of human circumstances and differences that extend beyond the students’ classroom experiences. Students need to develop sensitivity to others needs and cultures and become aware of and appreciate the differences that exist amongst us as a community. The VI B. Com Professional students with Class Mentor Ms. SerahSudhin left at 10.00 am from the college premises and reached by 11.00 at the government school. The school children were very enthusiastic and participated in the cultural events and current affairs quiz conducted by the final year students. The class also conducted skits and awareness program on basic hygiene, importance of education, dangers and distractions from mobiles, traffic safety rules and save environment awareness. At the end of the programme school bags ,stationery and lunch were given to the children.
