Inauguration and Orientation Program Report – BCA Batch 2026–27
The Department of BCA at New Horizon College held its Inauguration and Orientation Program for the newly admitted 2026–27 batch on 29th July 2026 in the college auditorium. The event welcomed students and parents into the college community with a blend of formal and cultural elements: the National Song, an Invocation Dance, Lighting of the Lamp, a Welcome Address, an introduction to NHEI and New Horizon College, a college introductory video, and an address by Principal Dr. R. Bodhisatvan encouraging students toward discipline, curiosity, and skill development. The program closed with a Vote of Thanks, the National Anthem, and snack distribution that allowed students, parents, and faculty to interact informally. Overall, the event gave new BCA students a confident, welcoming start to their academic journey and set a positive tone for the year ahead.
