About the session / Event

An IQAC initiative in Association with Guest lecture Committee organised a guest lecture on :  “Your Passion – Build a Successful Career” for the first semester BBA., B.Com, B.CA students ( 2023 Batch) on 26/7/23 from 9 am  to 11.30 a.m in the main auditorium.

The session began with introducing the resource person Mr Ruthuparna Sharma, motivational speaker. The resource person initiated the discussion through introduction of choosing and building career in the early age of their life and also introduced and highlighted why this session is conducted. A lot of real time examples were discussed to make the session live and to create an enthusiasm in the students.  Certain questions were directed to students to witness their opinions on bringing a alarm note on choosing their career effectively. Students took active participation in answering and also gaining the knowledge due to this platform.

Students did gain knowledge on the how to build their career wisely.

Faculty members were also highly benefitted. Finally, students thank the management, Guest Lecture Committee and IQAC for organizing such a useful event at large.

Objectives if the session:

1. The objective of conducting this expert talk is to provide understanding of the importance of building their career
2. Enlightening students about why it is important to choose their career now
3. To provide an insight of identifying the passion among students.

Outcome of the session:

The objective of the session was achieved because at the end of the session students were motivated to develop the passion within, thereby sharpening and developing their skills to build an optimistic career.
