CLUB ACTIVITIES

Dhwani is a fest organized exclusively for the first year students by the students of New Horizon College, Maratahalli. Dhwani 2017 was conducted in order to help the freshers step out of their comfort zone and find their voice. The fest acted as an icebreaker among the students, imparting a sense of healthy competitiveness. Spanning across two days – 27th and 28th July 2017, the students were given a wide range of opportunities to participate in cultural as well as management events. There were a total of 10 events; one event from each club and one common event . The events were Whistle A Tune (Group Singing), One Beat ( Group Dance) , Improv, The Voice out (outreach activity), Debate, Crisis Management, T-box, Pix-Fiction (photography), A creative mess (art) and Spotlight – Mega Event. Dhwani 2017 had around 100 participants and was put together by a team of 20 coordinators headed by Kirtana Ganapathi and Akanksh Adyar under the guidance of faculty coordinator Greeshma Francis
