OBJECTIVE:
As a part of “One day orientation program on curriculum design & delivery for B. Com Third Semester Course, Bengaluru North University as per NEP-2020” New Horizon college, Marathahalli and BNUTCCM jointly organized the orientation session on Cost Accounting for all faculties of BNU affiliated institutions. The main objective of the session was to:
- To discuss the syllabus of Cost Accounting.
- To discuss the question paper pattern of the subject
- To discuss the blue print for the exam
ABOUT THE EVENT:
The speaker for the session Dr. K. Shobha (Assistant Professor, dept of Commerce & Management, Government First Grade college, Hoskote) addressed the gathering on various topics related to Cost Accounting such as the syllabus, question pattern, blue print, template of Internal assessment test question paper, Important questions, model question paper etc., Prof.Jagadish(Principal, SDC college, Bangarpet) who was the moderator after the discussions considered few recommendations by participants for the question paper pattern
OUTCOME:
38 faculties from various institutions have attended the session. It was interactive, the participants doubts were clarified and some suggestions were given by them. The session was successful in imparting the details of Cost Accounting curriculum and method of delivery.
