The Industrial Visit Cell organized an industrial visit to the BMUL (Nandini Mega Dairy) plant on 13th August 2025 for I B.Com C-section students. A total of 61 students, accompanied by 1 faculty member, participated in the visit. The objective was to provide students with practical exposure to the industrial environment and enhance their understanding of dairy production processes.
Students were introduced to KMF and its wide range of products, including milk, butter, ghee, cheese, yoghurt, ice cream, and milk-based sweets. They observed various stages of production such as pasteurization, cheese preparation, ghee processing, refrigeration, and curd packaging. The visit highlighted the use of advanced machinery, automation, and high standards of hygiene maintained at the plant. Overall, the visit was informative and helped students gain real-time knowledge of industrial operations, improving their practical understanding and critical thinking skills.
