About the Session/event:
In the dynamic and competitive world of business, effective management plays a crucial role in achieving organizational success. While experience and practical knowledge are essential, reading management books offers unique advantages that contribute to personal and professional growth. By keeping this in mind an event was organized where students learnt and expanded their knowledge on the importance and value of reading.
The objective of the event was to bring out various aspects of value creation management books hold in critical thinking in the minds of the youth.
In the event participants had picked an entrepreneurial based book of their choice and explained the strategy or case study mentioned in it also what was the one thing that the participant could relate with or be inspired by.
The event took place in two rounds beginning with 30 participants of which 15 qualified to the next one. The event was concluded by stating the importance of reading management books and by announcing the winners of the event.
