NHQASDC conducted an Induction Program for the new joinees of NHCE, NHCM & NHCK on 10th and 11th of January 2020 in the Library Conference Hall. The aim of the programme was to enlighten the new faculty about the journey of NHEI and to acquaint them with the infrastructure as well as the policies of the institution.

The first session was headed by Dr. Girija. She gave insight on the importance of skill development in faculties.

Session II was conducted by the head of the civil department, who highlighted about the importance of undertaking the online courses with respective subjects and its importance in self-appraisal.

Session III gave insights on research with reference to subjects and its importance in carrier building.

Session IV the session was headed by Dr. Sowmya Narayan. Sheenlightened about various strategies that can be used for effective teaching, communication skills and personality development. Session V was about the resources available in the library and how to acquire the resources which are not available in the library.
