Faculty Induction Programme on Research Publication and Grants for New Faculty
The FDP Committee held a Faculty Induction Programme on Research Publication and Grants on 1st September 2026 at the Chanakya Seminar Hall, Amar Hemu Kalani Block, for newly joined BBA, B.Com and BCA faculty. Dr. Vinoth Kumar K walked participants through the stages of writing a research paper, from finding a research problem to presenting findings. He explained how to choose suitable journals, avoid predatory publishers and follow research ethics. An interactive discussion then covered manuscript preparation, proposal writing and grant applications. The session gave faculty a practical foundation for starting their research and seeking funding.
