About the Event

A National Educational and Industrial Visit to Hyderabad was organised for BBA and B.Com students with the aim of providing experiential learning beyond the classroom. The visit combined academic exposure, industrial insights, and cultural exploration.

The itinerary included visits to:

  • Ramoji Film City
  • Masqati Ice Cream (Ice Cream Factory)
  • Charminar
  • Golconda Fort
  • Hussain Sagar
  • Lumbini Park

The visit offered a blend of industry exposure, historical understanding, and recreational learning.

 

Objectives of the Trip

 

  • To provide practical exposure to real-world business operations and industrial processes.
  • To understand production, quality control, and supply chain management through the visit to Masqati Ice Cream factory.
  • To enhance students’ knowledge of media, entertainment, and large-scale project management at Ramoji Film City.
  • To explore India’s cultural heritage and architectural excellence through visits to Charminar and Golconda Fort.
  • To promote team bonding, leadership, and interpersonal skills among students.
  • To encourage observational learning and critical thinking in real-life settings.

 

 

Outcome of the Trip

 

  • Students gained firsthand knowledge of industrial operations, especially in food production and quality assurance.
  • Improved understanding of business models in the entertainment and tourism industries.
  • Enhanced awareness of Hyderabad’s historical and cultural significance.

Conclusion

The educational and industrial visit to Hyderabad proved to be highly enriching and insightful for BBA and B. Com students. The combination of industrial exposure at Masqati Ice Cream factory, entertainment management insights from Ramoji Film City, and cultural exploration at historical landmarks created a holistic learning experience.
